If your best PT was 163 then 161 is a really solid effort on the real deal. You can always get more money from schools for a higher LSAT but you would have to do a substantial amount of preparation since at this point you probably can't expect to score any higher. If you are content with IU Indy, I would stay where you are. If you have the time and energy to really devote yourself to studying for a retake, then go for it, you have nothing to lose.
