multiple addenda Forum

I have 2 addendas: One for my lsat score gap and another for being busted as an undergrad with alcohol in a dorm room. Should I write these addendas ( most likely grammar fail) as 1 attachment, or have each be their own attachments? Thanks!

what about schools that require you to provide documentation of a speeding ticket/dorm writeup - can the documentation be combined into one word document for each?
