Noise policy violation addendum? seriously?

I was placed on housing probation for about a year for a noise policy violation. Obviously not a big deal, but Cornell requires a dean cert so I have to disclose it. Is this good for an addendum? I really don't feel like I need to explain anymore since I can barely even remember this happening. Do I need to show remorse or anything??

In February of 2008, my roommate and I were cited for a noise policy violation by a resident assistant because our stereo was too loud.

Maybe mention you were placed on probation and never again were subject to discipline. I'm pretty sure the adcomms have seen so many applications by now with minor stuff like noise violation, one speeding ticket, hell even a dorm writeup for alcohol isnt that rare i'd imagine. Seems like the big stuff like DUI etc is the only thing the would even bat an eye at.

Good idea, I probably should add that I was never subject to any type of disciplinary proceedings again. Thank you!
