School requesting CRS report before sending out app...?

Dear friends:
I sent in my supplemental forms to a law school first. I'm spending a few more days on my app so I didn't turn it in yet. However, I got an email from LSAC asking me to pay for a CRS report for the law school. If I pay for the CRS now, will there be a mix up? I'm planning on sending in my app within the next 48 hrs. Thanks for your help!
