Does anybody know what kind of reliability admissions predictors (hourmd, LSP) have when predicting URM admissions? Seems like there's so little data out there on URM admissions, I'm wondering if it's a reliable reference as to where I should apply as a URM.

Poor predictor
LSP calculates answers based in the indices(found on the LSAC.org site). However, over half of the t-25 do not submit index coefficients-- hence, LSP 'gestimates'.

hmm, yeah that's kind of what I suspected...any idea of whether it tends to overestimate or underestimate chances for URMs? Or is it just off, period and no one really knows how much?

I do not have emperical evidence of the degree of underestimation. That being said, softs are significant for URM's and since there is no way to rank softs, getting one's numbers in the percentiles(top 2%) of the URM group one represents is a good start.

It definitely tends to underestimate the range of school a URM will get into; especially for certain types of URM. It's probably more accurate for the groups that don't tend to get as big of a boost.
