Just e-mail the schools with it as an attachment and they should be able to add it to your file or tell you how to go about doing so. I did that for one of my apps and it was fine :)

I said something about a "technical error" as an explanation. I ended up getting an e-mail about it from one of the admissions people making sure after I sent it in that they had everything. They're not out to get you, just send it quickly and don't sound like an asshole in your email.
