Splitter - help on where to apply?

Hi all,
I know admissions are super unpredictable for splitters, but I was hoping for some advice on exactly where I should be applying. I've got a 3.3 GPA, 170 LSAT in October - was PTing a few points higher but messed up a logic game. Average softs, and I'm in undergrad now.
Anyway, I'd like to be either on the East Coast or in the Midwest (I'm a Minnesota resident, undergrad in DC). Thoughts? Thanks for the help!
