If I were in your shoes, I wouldn't. You don't actually have proof that your GPA would be higher. I feel like addenda are generally used to explain concrete situations that have already occurred.

Addenda are typically reserved for things such as explaining an aberrant year or semester, not explaining overall low performance (that's not to say a 3.68 is "low performance," per se, but you get my point). However, I'm sure that taking 4 years worth of courses in 2.5 years was an interesting experience and motivated by some interesting reasons, so consider making it the subject of your PS. This allows you to make the same point ("I finished college in 2.5 years and am thus more impressive than my GPA might indicate") without having to actually come out and say it.
