Here is my complicated situation:
04-06 college in my home country majoring in Computer Science
no degree awarded
06-08 in Australia, majored in Law, no degree awarded
08-10 in US, got BA in a U.S. institution, with previous course credits
barely transferred
The problem is:
1. the Australia law studies record were really bad, If shown on my record, it will drag my GPA down to under 2.0, devastating.
2. It is too many years from now, the transcript form my home country institution is almost impossible to obtain. (plus, there is something wrong with that institution)
So is it ok that I don't show those records?
Appreciate any thoughts!

Chances are your transcript at your degree granting school shows the previous institutions since you transferred some credit. So that'll tip schools off. If you truly can't get a transcript from your country, you'd better try very hard and then explain why it's impossible in an addendum.

But, as someone in that forum said, you do still need to submit transcripts from all schools attended.

Yes, that's always the case (UG, grad, study abroad, foreign, whatever).

Individual schools can elect to waive that requirement if you ask.
OP, call the schools you are applying to and ask.

That's a great relief, im_blue. Thanks a lot!

Thanks, homestyle28, I guess you are right that I still need to send the transcript. That makes it still remain a problem..

Do you mean just call them on the phone?
I really hope those transcripts are not required, because if i request from Australia school now, it would take another month for the transcript to process and evaluated to be appear on my LSAC record!
