Law School Spam - WTF!?

Is there rhyme or reason associated with the barrage of LS spam? Or, is it just a numbers game... i.e. attempt to get as many people to apply as possible for ratios/numbers. I received spam from Harvard. I am not getting into Harvard. This is very shameful spamming, imo.

I got stuff from Michigan with a 162 LSAT...yeahh

Nothing reminds me that this LS business is a business, first and foremost, more than this here application process...
