No Academic Letter of Rec

So, I asked my professor in May to write me a LOR. He agreed with no hesitation. I have had two classes with him and I got A's in both of the classes. I have emailed my professor since then around 5 times without one response. Now I am ready to send in my applications and I can not get a hold of him. I already graduated and I did not take school seriously enough so I do not have any other professors I can ask.

I am planning on going to campus and visiting him on his office hours this Thursday but what if he tells me he is not doing it anymore? Do you think my cycle would be ruined without an academic LOR?

You can't think of anyone else to ask? What about your departmental advisor?

I think it just depends on the rest of your application package.

I graduated in May, but I have worked at a major company for over a year and a half. I really did little for academics during my time at college. I started becoming more serious about school when I decided to apply to law school. I took him the my last two semesters and I thought we had a pretty good relationship.
