So I've just completed my Berkeley app. I have entered in the SSN where required, but when I look at the PDF it is not there. Has anyone else had this problem? Thanks in advance.

It's removed from the PDF preview for privacy reasons.

Is that why the ethnicity page is blank too?

yes

Page 5 says "Please note that your responses will appear blank when previewing your submitted application."
