Probably nothing. People drink. It's certainly not the first time a law school has seen drinking charges before, and it won't be the last. And it's certainly not the worst thing they have ever seen.

One more question, should I write an addendum per incident, or explain them all in one document

It's a pretty standard offense that they see thousands of a year. I would think one document would be sufficient.
