I would remove the quotations around passing. It was a passing grade.
Also, it kind of seems like your undergraduate GPA is an accurate representation of who you are. You are arguing that you aren't good at math, not that there was some anomaly that prevented you from reaching your potential. For some majors you are required to take math courses. I think a GPA addendum is reserved for explaining some specific circumstance (death in the family, depression, sickness, etc.) that kept you from scoring as well as you should have. From the looks of it, you scored as well as you should have. Get a second opinion, however, as I'm not 100% on that.

This doesn't seem addendum-worthy unless they specifically require you to address F's.

TITCR
Also, OP if you really feel the need to submit an addendum for your situation, then try to shave off all the extraneous details you give in the original post. Keep it pithy, move past the incident requiring the addendum, and address what you have done to better yourself in spite of whatever.

CONSIDER:
"My undergraduate GPA suffered from required math courses. Thank God & the LSAC for CPAs & a math free standardized test respectively !"
P.S. I am quite adept at dividing by three.

No offense but I thought it was terrible. It's way too long and filled with too many details that the adcoms probably don't care about. Make it like 4-5 sentences long at max.
