LSN: "Received" vs. "Complete" -- what's the difference?

Browsing various LSN users profiles, on each data page are the titles "Sent", "Received", "Complete", and "Decision".

Can anyone explain the latter 3, particularly the difference between Received and Complete?

Thank you,
clown

Received - school confirms that it has received your submitted application and requests your LSAC report

Complete - school has received your complete LSAC report including transcripts, LORs, and LSAT scores (and residency determination form and dean's form, if applicable) and is ready to review your file

Decision - accept, reject, defer, or waitlist
