When a school asks you for relatives that have attended their school, do they only mean immediate family? Is ok to list a cousin?

It won't matter.

Then why do they ask? Granted it matters much more for UG, but it should still mean something. What, I don't know.

Okay it matters 1%, or a bit more if your relative is one of the very few who has donated at least 7 figures.

What if it's a sibling who graduated Order of the Coif and on a full ride?

Actually this is completely false. At Yale, for example, the size of a relative's donation does not matter at all. They add a certain amount points to your application if you have a relative who has donated $15 or $15 000 000.

Really, they add points? I'd like to see this scoreboard.

Depends on the school. Notre Dame has legacy admissions, but you're only a legacy if a parent graduated from ND. I still listed my uncle and cousin, though, because the application said "family members".
