Should I send in evaluations?

Post by vaperera » Fri Oct 15, 2010 4:28 pm

I'm just wondering...if a school says this about their evaluations:

Required: 0 Recommended: 0 Accepted: 4

should I bother sending any in? Does this mean that they'll take them but they don't really want them? Otherwise they would have just made them required, right?

Wondering what you all think. I have an eval completed, but I'm not sure the professor who did it could really answer ALL of those questions about me. (For example, some of the questions are about teamwork...we didn't do that in his class.)

Thanks!

I am not sending any in to schools that don't recommend or require them.

I am not sending any in to schools that don't require them. Meaning none. :o

I don't know... I just don't understand the point. Who isn't going to get someone to give them all the highest marks? Maybe I'm confused... I guess people somehow manage to get crappy LORs too. :?

Is it time to go home yet?
