How do you wrap it up?

Do you have a salutation and sign it like a letter? ( "Please contact me if further information is needed... blahblah.." --- signature--- (or at least typed name)

Or is it "just the facts"--- and you title it and attach it...?

Also:

When moving through the application process, there is the link to add files (addendum's, resume, etc..) What is the box for "add to available documents" for?

Is that something the schools use/see? Or does it place my files in there for easy access for the next application?
