Difference in-state makes for admissions?

How much of a boost (if any) does one get for being an in-state student at an in-state, public school? For me, that state is Texas. Law School Predictor has had the Residency option for months but it's never been implemented.

The difference at UT, UNC, and U.Va amongst others is significant.
