So I logged into UPenn which I applied ED and it says "Application received and processing" but all my other schools say incomplete which I am assuming is because I took my LSATs this past weekend. How is Penn processing without my LSATs?

Means they are putting your file together sans the LSAT score. You will not go complete until the score comes.
