Question about Cornell Application

I just got an e-mail from Cornell today saying that my application is incomplete (I submitted it about a month ago :( ). The online status checker said they were missing my personal statement.

When I filled out the application on LSAC, I used the supplementary form to copy and paste my personal statement. (There's a section designated for it). I included my resume as an attachment to the application. When I pull open the pdf of my application on LSAC you can see my resume, but not my personal statement. However, when I open the "supplementary form" you can see my personal statement where I copied it. I would just re-submit my personal statement as an attachment like I did my resume, but because I've already submitted my application, it wont let me.

Did this happen to anyone else? Does anyone have any advice?

Call them. The admissions office is extremely nice. They should be able to let you know what to do if they don't have it.

Call then followup with an email with your PS as an attachment (I imagine this is what they will tell you to do). I added a Why Duke? essay to my Duke application after it went complete and was able to just email the doc file.

On the part of Cornell's application where they ask if anybody referred you to Cornell or w/e, I think I'm going to put "Andy Bernard."

Thoughts?
