So I'm a bit confused with this new evaluation thing. Can we target an evaluation like we can with Letter of Recommendation? It seems like all evaluation questions are the same, and I dont think LSAC tailors each questions for each schools.

Can anyone explain the purpose of target evaluation and how its used?

Your evaluator can choose to write whatever he/she wants when it is being filled out. They leave space for targeted comments.
