Is it on your university record? (i.e. is there a paper trail?) Did you go in front of a hearing board? If not, I wouldn't worry about it. Check first, however.

Nothing in that question's language seems to imply you need to disclose anything, however, since you were not at risk for being suspended, expelled, or required to withdraw as a result of your actions. And, there are no charges pending against you at this point (arising from this situation) because it appears to have already been resolved.

It might be under disciplinary action so you might want to check. I doubt that anyone will really care, the admissions people and professors drank as as underage undergrads too.

Since there is a paper trail - report it just for good measure. I don't think the adcomms will care one way or the other about your freshman year drinking habits.
