Should I mention semesters where I was on Dean's/President's list. Also is this a good example of what a law school resume should look like minus the 'law school candidate' section obviously:

I'm mentioning that I was on Dean's List for X semesters, but not listing the semesters (it's on my transcript if they really want to know which ones)

in the sample above, they mention Debate under "other interests and activities" which is ok if it took place in college, but not if back in HS, from what i know.

Also, you can divide work experience into full-time and part-time

I didn't include it because it says it on the LSAC transcript report and I have a 3.94 gpa. However, if you think it adds to the resume then you should include it.

Also I just did a standard resume expanded to include all the things individual schools wanted. Try to make a separate resume for schools that don't specify what to put on it. Most schools that want very specific things like Michigan or Georgetown say things like two page maximum. If a school doesn't say that make it one page. I think the one you sent is more one for a law school graduate more focused of employment vs admission to an academic program.
