Duke Priority Track Status Question

so does anyone know if the "current status date" updates daily, or if it just changes when something else changes. on the 15th my status said "ready for review," and the 16th it changed to "file under review." today when i checked it, the current status date changed to the 20th but it still says "file under review," and i dont remember this happening yesterday (the 19th)

For me it only changed when something else changed, my file went under review and then it didn't change again until it said "decision made - email sent"

Mine changed the date on "Under Review" twice.

so this morning it switched to "decision made; watch for email." this was at 8:00 am eastern, and now its 7pm...anyone know how long it takes to get the email with the decision?
