LSAC updates and Stanford status checker

Two questions:
1. My Columbia report was sent 2 weeks ago with only one letter. The remaining references have since arrived and an update still isn't displaying on the site even though updates have been sent for all my other schools.
2. Stanford has the most paperwork involved. It is also the only school without an online status checker. Does anyone know how we find out if all our paperwork is in? Do we have to e-mail the school to check? Cuz the latter is just pestering but really its the only option if they don't have anywhere else to check.
