Given what you have stated, one cannot help but ask, why retake?

i have scored higher on practice test than my actual lsat (ranges from 1-5 points higher and have done so on many practice tests).

i wanted to give it another try so i wouldnt regret the fact that i had the option of retaking.

how much higher is your average pt from your actual lsat? I'd say that it should be at least 3-4 points higher (on more than 10 tests) to make a retake worthwhile, but that's just me. Also, how were your PTs before you took the lsat? if they were also 1-5 points higher, then I have to say you're probably wasting time taking it again.
