It's good to know there are no ceilings. If anything, I think being a Darrow might put you into a better spot than being at HY. What do you think? It seems like you might stand out more in a sea of HY applicants because they get an HY type of student but get to say they hire outside of HY...

yeah, but it's also not fair to compare people with real grades with kids from Yale. they crush everyone's ass for clerkships anyway.

Again, a false comparison. In order to make the kind of statements you want, you'd have to compare only to Darrows, not MI students as a whole. And yes, I realize that isn't really possible. I'm just saying that your misreading the previous poster's point.
