Top Law Schools

I've tried searching this but I'm not finding answers--

Two of my LORs (one professor, one employer as I'm a bit out of undergrad) are in and I'd like to submit my apps ASAP. Can I do this and later add a 3rd letter (professor) for schools that are looking mostly for professors? Or will it be too late to add it?
