Why isnt claiming Native American URM status enforced?

It's the easiest thing to lie about, with the most benefit; so why are law schools not more stringent about enforcing thorough checks on applicants claiming NA status? It's bad enough that I feel as though affirmative action is unfair as it is, but knowing that deutchbags could steal my spot at a school by lying and checking NA for ethnicity really peeves me.
And for all those that cite C&F, please. How is a school going to prove 1/16th NA blood?

You should write an angry email to the schools and demand a regrade change of policy

There is an active thread about somebody who claimed 1/16th NA blood, then wished to revoke that claim. How in the hell can something so powerful be fooled around with like that? Why isn't there a verification process on LSAC to confirm URM status of all applicants?

+1 to OP, this needed to be said. You clearly have a great handle on how the admissions process works.
GULC released class of 2013 profile stats to us at admission. 91% of the class is Native American.

Actually, black is easier to lie about since nobody has ever even attempted to track it. If you said you were 1/16th black, who could challenge you?

It's almost like the simple act of checking the box does not give one a URM boost...............

Apparently what I posted must have broken some forum "rule" so I'm going to pursue the answers to these questions privately.

Like I said before, I'm confident in my 170 pts and 2.99GPA. Complement that with an outstanding individual like myself, and you have Super Lawyer.

I'm sure one's ethnicity is documented with some kind of government agency. Maybe verification through them??
