Does anyone know how long it takes for schools (particularly T14s) to distribute fee waivers after scores are reported for October?

Yeah, same question. Is it worth it to wait till fee waivers come in or should I just hit send as soon as the scores come in??? I think I might just spend the money on my top choices and then wait to see if I get waivers for my lower choices/safety schools.
