LORs for non-traditional student

Hi there.
I'm looking for some advice on who should write my second LOR. I have one being done by an undergrad professor (attorney), but since I've been working full time throughout my college career, I'm contemplating requesting a LOR from my former CTO, for whom I worked over 8 years for. I'm concerned that his letter will hold more weight due to our extended working relationship. I'm confident I can get a second letter from another undergrad prof, but that's a 15-week relationship versus 8 years.
Feedback is greatly appreciated.
