Should I disclose about the time my RA wrote me a warning that I would be fined if I didn't pick up my clothes in my room???

Definitely.

Law schools will accept you, but there's no way a state's bar examining committee will approve a person who had a messy room in college.

A warning is when you break your school's conduct code, get caught, and they warn you to shape up or else the punishment will be worse next time. It is not having a sophomore RA tell you that you're dirty.
