Resume - All Past Tense?

Writing Your Resume, if you have a couple of lines explaining certain activities, should the tense be all in the past? and what if they are still on going like 2009-present, would it change?

If it's a current job I would put it in the present tense, former jobs in the past tense.

Only thing I would add is let's say its an ongoing thing but one of the bullets you list was a one time thing (that's now over) then I would write that in past tense like
"Organized and executed a charity ball benefitting myself" lol (you get the point).
