For the question:
"have you ever been discharged from the military?"
If I was at a US Service Academy, but dropped out to transfer to a civilian school, was I discharged from the military?
Or since I was just in college you arent technically in the military?

If Annapolis operates like West Point, no, before you take the affirmation oath (at the start of your junior year) you are free to leave.
