Can I go ahead and have this filled out by my Dean and sent to Stanford even though I have not officially begun the application yet or will it just be thrown away?

I'm curious about this too. I'd hate for my Deans certification form to be floating around...

The answer is yes, you can send it in before submitting any other part of your application.
