If you're serious about the apathetic course, then why are you even bothering to re-write? Most people find it hard to gain more than 5 points on a retake. If you aren't willing to commit to rigorous studying, then just apply now. Your 166 should put you in decent standing for the 4 schools you are applying to. Why risk the disappointment and potentially damage to your chances with a lower score come October?
