Addendum for a Learning Disability?

My LSAC GPA is a 3.31 (which is almost exactly my institutional GPA), but I had a much stronger senior year (4.0 one semester, dean's list) after being diagnosed with a learning disability and ADHD and receiving disability counseling/the miracle that is Adderall.
In my view, this necessitates an addendum, but I'm worried that it was too little, too late. Anyone have experience with this? Thoughts? Will adcoms take this seriously?
I do have documentation/an seriously considering asking one of my recommenders to write about the changes in my work when I took a class with him sophomore vs. senior year.
LSAT: 168, retaking in Oct.
