Asking for a LOR Forum

Tomorrow, I'll be asking for LOR's. As of right now, I plan to have a brief discussion about my plans and asking them if they feel comfortable writing one for me. Additionally, I am giving each of them a little presentation folder with my resume and a letter addressed to them. My question: should I include my Personal Statement or anything else?
