How much do law schools value legacy? My parents both went to Cornell UG and my dad went there for law school as well. If my LSAT falls below their median will legacy give me a push?

Not really. Maybe if you were looking to fill one last spot and had to chose between equal candidates. Or if they were pulling from the waitlist, they might want to accept someone who they think will attend. But it's not going to make a difference if your numbers aren't competitive there at the very least.

It seems like undergrad is the only admissions where legacy can make somewhat of a difference.

I've only filled out one application so far (UVAs) and it does ask for names of relatives who attended UVA. If they ask for the information it should be assumed it has some effect. It's probably extremely small but why else would they ask.
