I am part of two seperate URM group, I am both a minority and gay. What kind of number boosts will I get with my application. I have a 3.1 undergrad and I am retaking the LSAT in october. What kind of scores will I need for top 14?

What kind of minority? And gay is not URM, in the sense that TLS uses the term.

Sexual orientation doesn't generate the same type of boost that minority ethnicity (Puerto Rican, Mexican, African-American) does. However, it can be interesting to write about your sexuality (maybe combined with your race?) in a diversity statement.

If you are a URM applicant, to get into a t14 with 3.1 will probably require a score in the higher half of the 160s at least.

good luck!

What about expanded to top 25 or 40? I am also looking at Vandervilt, Emory, and some state schools.

Being AA (African American), I'd guess that a 160ish would net you some solid t14 action.

However, URM cycles are pretty hard to predict -- and you'll probably end up being a splitter too -- so don't be surprised if everyone here (myself included) chances you incorrectly.

What about Cornell? They seem to be lgbt friendly. I am also looking at U of Virginia and Texas. They seem to be a little more conservative though.
