Should I include an explanatory LSAT score letter with PS?

I think I've seen it mentioned here before, but essentially this is my question:

I took the LSAT, retook it (2 point increase), and then took it a third time (5 point increase) for a total of a 7 point increase overall.

Do I need to include one of thse addendum letters with my PS?

If not, are there any letters other than PS and resume that I should have ready for applications?

Thank you for your input in advance.

Every school has a different policy, call them and ask them.

Well is this something that will be on each school's checklist when applying on LSAC?

Also, I still can't see exactly which fee waivers that LSAC has on file for me, anyone know how to find out? I saw directions on here before, but they were outdated and no good.

When you go to submit your app it will tell you. If you still don't know what to do with the LSAT letter, then just make one. Almost every school requires one with your score gap.

Tom,

I have been doing some research on this, and have found some inconsistencies. Let me just give you an example and you can use the information however you want.

I was on one school's website reading the application instructions. They said nothing about addenda, and then I read a TLS interview with the dean of admissions where she said the PS is your opportunity to explain a low GPA, etc. So, to me that sounded like the dean wanted that information in my PS...

Then I read several threads discouraging me from addressing things in my PS that should have their own addendum. I called the school and asked an admissions rep. She told me to definitely write an addendum.

So, I would encourage you to get a straight answer from admissions, because some of the information out there may not be accurate.

Its almost always a good idea even if not stated outright.

Someone link me to an addenda example please? I.e. length, etc?

I need to do this then.
