Would you consider this a helpful legal internship

First of all, let me post that I understand that internships and EC's do not factor significantly into your law school admissions and that it is primarily based on your LSAT and GPA. Yes, I understand that. However, I would still like to get some work experience in the field of law just to see if I like the field. Think about it as an internship for self knowledge.
Anyways, I've been "working" for an attorney (nonpaid) for this summer. The thing that makes it different from other internships is that I don't actually go to her office everyday. As a matter of fact, if I do go to her office, it's mainly to drop off assignments or for briefings.
Most of my work is emailed to me and the works include: writing IRAC memos where I apply and analyze the issues and case laws, reading and summarizing articles, filing complaints, and drafting demand letters.
For one, would you even consider it an internship since I mainly work at home? And if it is, do you think it's a good work experience to allow me to see if I really want to be a lawyer? Yes, it does sound like paralegal work, but when you think about it, a lawyer IS a paralegal with the power and authority to give legal advice and represent someone in court.
