Should I even bother applying with OCD?

I have OCD, and I really want to go to law school, but I'm worried that I won't pass the character and fitness portion of the bar. Is there a good chance that I could get rejected for this illness? Will I be forced to give permission to the C&F people to see my psychiatrist's notes?

I'm no expert but pretty sure they don't care at all if you have OCD I don't understand why that would matter it's not like your some kind of psychopath

I just want to make sure before I take this investment. I'm pretty sure that they ask about your mental health and past diagnosis.

Mental health meaning have you ever freaked out and walked in to work with an assault rifle, or might you have the proclivity to do so.

Not mental health meaning do you have to go back and check to make sure the books are in the right place on the shelves.

Pretty sure this is covered by the ADA and a variety of other laws (not a lawyer yet, but still). As mentioned above they are looking to deny people licenses who have UNreasonable accommodations, such as needing to take an assault rifle to work to relieve their stress.

This is not to say you have an excuse not to take your meds and continue your therapy. School and practice will be much more difficult (if not impossible) without.

I think you're compulsively obsessing over this. Could be a disorder.
