Top Law Schools

I read something in a post alluding to this and I was wondering if anyone (especially Canadians) could elaborate. I'm not applying anywhere except in the US.

Not sure whether many in the US understand that grading is usually stricter in Canada.

That's what I'm worried about. I have a 2.7, a 3.3 would have put me in the top three of my class...out of 180 kids.

OP, I doubt adcoms are so dumb that they'll be like "Durr, Canadian GPA = US GPA, right? Eliminate this applicant!"

Write an addendum explaining that. Unfortunately, USNews makes no allocation in its rankings for foreign GPAs, although I do know that several undergraduate schools delete foreign GPAs from their reports to USNews.
A study released within the last few days ranked Canada as the most highly educated country in the world; the US placed 12th. (Saw this on CNN within the past two days.)

(I'd have to say I respectfully disagree with that study tho . I live in a province that mandated a fifth year of high school and replaced that with a "literacy" test in tenth grade. Seriously, if you have to check if your students are literate by the age of 16, we have some serious problems).
