So, I met up with my former boss and explained the whole Law school application and recommendation process to him. He was more than happy to write me the recommendation. And then he asked me who the letter should be addressed to.

I guess since I'll be using his LOR for multiple schools, is it supposed to be addressed to LSAC?

You mail it to LSAC, but I would probably address it as "To Whom It May Concern".
