Cumulative GPA v. Major GPA

Hi all,
Just wondering if your major gpa can play a major role in terms of admissions? I essentially earned B's in all of my science courses, yet in all of my major courses have received nearly all A's and currently maintain a 3.8 major gpa with my senior year still to come.
Although my overall is a 3.4, am I still in good standing at this point for a T20 (pending my LSAT score, which currently stands at 160)?
P.S. I'm realistically aiming for a 167/8.
