Undergraduate degree-granting institution on applications

A couple of questions regarding this part of the application:

1. For GPA, do I put my UG Cumulative GPA, or LSAC-adjusted GPA?

2. My school doesn't rank. Do I simply put "N/A"? You can only write a very low amount of characters.

3. I took one course at a community college senior year high school for credit. Do I put "N/A" for degree, degree date, rank, and major?

Thanks for all the help!

One more question on the same application page- part time employment vs. part time school. What's the difference? I've held a couple of part-time paying student jobs, which one do I list these under? Does part-time school mean you weren't making money?
