What if a person, who is white, applied to school saying they are African American and was accepted.
Would the school ever look back to determine if they are actually african American?
If they accepted The person, then withdrew their acceptance because they are white, would the person have a case against the school for racial discrimination?
When we are discussing numbers for schools (LSAT and gpa) I'm noticing a pattern of the numbers being followed by the letters AA. I'm guessing those letters increase admission odds.

When we are discussing numbers for schools (LSAT and gpa) I'm getting a little tired of seeing the letters AA popping up as a score supplement.
Try it, and see what happens. Good luck!!!

uh oh...
Also, FYI- if they rescind admission, you have 0 case for discrimination. You lied on your application. You probably wouldn't pass the C&F portion of the bar either.

This. If you have even mediocre stats, the URM boost should get you into Harvard!

haha I'm not saying I'm doing this (although the boost would be nice)... I'm curious if anyone has heard of anybody who has done this...

If you want a real answer... It would come up somehow. Then you would get bumped from the law school. They'd argue that they kicked you out for dishonesty, at which point you'd have no defense, racial or otherwise.
