Any fellow miscreants want to swap critique my criminal record addendum? I'll return the favor. Also, I know it has been discussed somewhere else on this forum so excuse my laziness, but it is best to only disclose what you are required to, or to disclose everything?

disclose everything. double check any court/lawyers' records to make sure you have all the facts right. have copies of said documents ready to send at request. be concise but emphasize that it was in the past.
